All financial transactions on kn95 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support popular mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh.

3.1 Deposit Terms

• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• If any deposit appears suspicious, kn95 may suspend or reject that transaction.
• If a deposit is not reflected in your account, contact us immediately via live chat.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• If fraud or unusual activity is suspected, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.
• If multiple withdrawal requests are submitted at once, they will be processed in sequence.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳500 must be made for the first time after registration. To withdraw bonus funds, wagering equal to 10 (ten) times the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be completed.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• The same offer applies only once per account, device or IP address.
• Creating duplicate accounts to take advantage of bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
• kn95 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If evidence of fraudulent bonus claiming is found, the account will be closed and the balance forfeited.
• Cashback and other promotional bonuses may have separate wagering requirements.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

The kn95 VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback available at each tier:

5.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on kn95 are operated on platforms provided by third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fair and unbiased. If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the amount wagered on that game will be refunded.

• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the server-side result will be considered final.
• kn95 is not liable for any loss caused by network issues.
• The right to change game rules and payout structures is reserved by the respective provider.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to play games is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and the account will be closed if any of them are detected:

• Attempting to cheat or hack any game or system.
• Placing the same bet on opposite sides across two different accounts to gain risk-free profit (arbitrage).
• Applying low-risk betting strategies with the intent to circumvent bonus requirements.
• Accessing another user's account or strategic collaboration (collusion).
• Money laundering or introducing illegally obtained funds.
